  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume or stock verification, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with reliable courier companies to deliver your products safely.
Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 business days
  • Remote/Interior Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note: Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Courier partner rates

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number or tracking link

You can track the shipment status through the courier partner’s website.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure:

  • Your shipping address is correct and complete
  • Mobile number and email ID are valid for courier contact

PullAroma.com is not responsible for delays or loss caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier companies usually attempt delivery:

  • 2–3 times
  • If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to our warehouse

In such cases, reshipping may require:

  • Additional shipping fees
  • Updated address confirmation

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A wrong product
  • A damaged/leaking product

8. Undeliverable Packages

  • Customer refuses delivery

If returned to us, we will contact you for reshipment.

9. International Shipping

Currently, PullAroma.com ships within India only.
International shipping will be introduced soon (if applicable).

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather disruptions
  • Festivals or national lockdowns
  • Local restrictions or strikes
  • Natural calamities

However, we will support you in tracking and resolving such issues as quickly as possible.
