Refund and Returns Policy

At PullAroma.com, we take great care in delivering high-quality aroma chemicals, niche fragrances, and essential oils.
While all sales are generally final, we do offer returns or refunds only in specific cases mentioned below.

By placing an order on PullAroma.com, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only accept return or refund requests in the following cases:

βœ… 1.1 Defective Product

If the product delivered to you is damaged, leaking, contaminated, or shows any manufacturing defect.

βœ… 1.2 Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from your order (wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong product type).

No other reasons are eligible for return or refund, such as:

  • Personal preference or dislike of fragrance
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Slight variations in aroma intensity (natural variance)
  • Minor external packaging dents that do not affect product quality

2. Time Window to Raise a Complaint

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must raise the issue within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

Complaints raised after 15 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.


3. How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, send an email to:

When emailing us, please include:

  • Order ID
  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Clear photos & videos of the product received
  • Explanation of the issue (defective/wrong item)

Our support team will verify the claim and respond within 2–4 business days.


4. Inspection & Verification Process

Once we receive your complaint:

  1. Our quality team reviews your photos/videos.
  2. If needed, we may request additional images or courier pickup for inspection.
  3. After verification, we will confirm whether the claim is approved or rejected according to policy.

5. Resolution Options

After approval, we will provide one of the following:

5.1 Replacement

A new product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

5.2 Refund

A refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.


6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used products
  • Opened bottles/containers
  • Products damaged due to mishandling
  • Claims made after 15 days
  • Products returned without approval
  • Items purchased during clearance or special offers (unless defective/wrong item)

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are:

  • Fully refundable only if the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
  • Not refundable in any other situation.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible unless covered under the return conditions above.
